We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish to proceed, to take steps at your request. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in running a professional advisory business. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not share your information with a lender or funding partner without your consent. We use service providers for hosting and email delivery, who process information on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting mandate, and for the period we are required to keep records by law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, and to object to its use. To do so, contact us through the private enquiry form. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
